Sec. 10. And be it enacted, That Sections two,
three, four, eight and eleven, of the original Act
of Incorporation of said company, he and the same
are hereby repealed, and all other parts of said

Baltimore, and when so accepted this Act, and the
said original Act to which this is a supplement as
hereby modified, shall constitute the charter of said
corporation.

AN ACT to amend Section one of Article thirty-
eight, Code of Public General Laws, title " Fees
of Officers," by repealing and re-enacting the
same with an amendment.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section one of Article thirty-
eight, Code of Public General Laws, under title
"Fees of Officers," be and the same is hereby re-
|

pealed, and the following is hereby enacted in lieu
thereof:

Fees of officers
|
1. All accounts for officers' fees shall he made
out in a fair and clear manner, and in words at
length; and whenever any person interested in
them, or to whom the same shall he charged, shall
require a copy of such account, the several officers
herein named shall, in as short a time as may he
convenient, give him an account of said charges
in words at length; and no account for officers'
fees by any of the several officers herein named,
rendered for services to or in behalf of any county
of this State, shall be allowed by the County Com-
missioners thereof, until said account has been
