Treasurer to pay James Bullock for bridles, sad-
dles, &c., furnished by order of the Governor and
Adjutant General, one thousand two hundred and
fifty-six dollars and thirty cents.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 425.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners
of Charles County to review and correct the
valuation of the lands in said County assessed
to Thomas J. Gardiner, Wm. H. Higgs and
Frederick Dawson.

Re-assessment
if eroneous.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the County Commissioners of
Charles county be and they are hereby authorized
to review the assessment and valuation of the lands
of Thomas J. Gardiner, Wm. H. Higgs, and the
lands assessed in the name of Frederick Dawson,
situated in said county, and to correct and reduce
such assessment if satisfied that the said lands, or
any of them, or any of them, are erroneously
assessed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
