they have been elected Commissioners of Upper
Marlborough, and the said Commissioners so noti-
fied shall thereupon meet and qualify, as directed
by this Act, and take control and management of
the town; all subsequent elections to be regulated
by the by-laws of the corporation.

Limits.

Sec. 14. And be it enacted, That the limits of
said town shall be fixed and determined by the
Commissioners within five days after their first
meeting.

Sec. 15. And be it enacted, That the said Com-
missioners shall cause to he kept a hook in which
shall he recorded every ordinance and act passed
by said Commissioners, which said book shall at
all times, under the supervision of the Commis-
sioners or such person as they shall designate, be
open to the inspection of the public; all ordinances

passed by the Commissioners shall be written in a
plain hand and posted at two public places in town,
to be determined by the Commissioners.

Dispose of for
benefit of town
|
Sec. 16. And be it enacted, That the said Com-
missioners are authorized and directed to dispose
of at public sale for cash, after reasonable notice,
the property in the town of Upper Marlborough,
known as the "Old Ball Room," and convey the
same to the purchaser by deed, and the proceeds
of sale of said property shall be invested, in the
discretion of said Commissioners, for the general
improvement or best interest of the town.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
