Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Worcester County shall cause a cor-
rect copy of their levy list to be made out, showing
the amount of levy and the objects for which the
same was made under general heads; and shall
cause the same to be published in a newspaper
printed in said county for at least three successive

CHAPTER 322.

 

AN ACT to add additional Sections to the fourth
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws relat-
ing to the City of Baltimore, sub-title "Streets.''

 

SECTION I . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore be and they are hereby authorized,
whenever it shall be determined to change the
grade of any street, lane or alley in said city, or
to pave, repave or renew the curbstones of any of
the said streets, lanes or alleys by the said Mayor
and City Council, or by any officer of said corpo-
ration duty authorized by ordinance to make such
determination, to give notice of such determination
by publication in two newspapers published in the
city of Baltimore, as the said Mayor and City
Council may determine, at least once a week for
three successive weeks, and also that any party

aggrieved, or considering himself aggrieved, by
such determination, may appeal therefrom in
thirty days from the first publication of such
determination to Baltimore City Court, or any
other court of competent jurisdiction, by which
court such appeal shall be heard and determined;
each party to such appeal shall have a right to
