CHAPTER 320.

AN ACT to repeal an Act of the Code of Public
Local Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,
Chapter three hundred and fifty-eight, entitled
"An Act to provide for the repair of the public
roads of Howard County.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act of the Code of Public
Local Laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,
Chapter three hundred and fifty-eight, entitled
"An Act to provide for the repairs of the public
roads of Howard County," be and the same is
hereby repealed.

In force.

CHAPTER 321.

AN ACT to repeal an Act entitled "An Act to
repeal Section thirty-eight of Article twenty-
two of the Code of Public Local Laws for Wor-
cester County, relating to the publication of the
levy list of said county," passed at the January
Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight.

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Act entitled "An Act to
repeal Section thirty-eight of Article twenty-two
of the Code of Public Local Laws for Worcester
County, relating to the publication of the levy list
of said county," passed at the January Session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, be and the same
is hereby repealed.
