CHAPTER 304.

AN ACT to repeal Sections one and two of an
Act passed at January Session, eighteen hun-
dred and sixty-eight, Chapter two hundred and
sixty-six, entitled "A supplement to the Act
passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred
and sixty-four, Chapter one hundred and sixteen,
entitled an Act to revive and extend an Act to
incorporate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Rail-
road Company, with amendment passed at De-
cember Session, eighteen hundred and forty-
seven, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments and additions.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That sections one and two of an Act passed at January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, Chapter two hundred and sixty-six, entitled "A supplement to the Act passed at the January Session, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, Chapter one hundred and sixteen, entitled an Act to revive and extend an Act to incorporate the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company, with amendment passed at December Session, eighteen hundred and forty-seven, be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:	Repealed and re-enacted.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted, That the President and Directors of the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company, or a majority of them, be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to construct any lateral branches from the said Railroad in either Worcester or Wicomico Counties, or to extend the main stem of the same to any point or points in said Wicomico County deemed by them expedient, and may have the power to add to the main stem of their said Railroad an extension, commencing at its present terminus at Berlin, in Worcester County, and ending at any point on the Bay shore, or beach of the Atlantic Ocean, within the	Construct lat- eral branches.
