LAWS OF MARYLAND.

 

"Public Roads," except so far as said Act relates
to Somerset County, in so far as relates to Prince
George's County, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.

In force.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from its passage.

Approved April 4, 1870.

 

CHAPTER 302.

 

AN ACT to establish Voting Precincts in West-
minster District (number seven), of Carroll
County.

Dividing vot-
ing precincts.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That, Westminster District (number
seven), of Carroll County, shall he and is hereby
divided into two voting precincts, in the manner
hereinafter provided.

tion districts.

Sec. 2. And le it enacted, That the Seventh
Election District of Carroll County be divided into
two Election Precincts, with the following metes
and hounds, that is to say: Precinct number one
of Seventh Election District, beginning at a point
on the Baltimore and Reisterstown Turnpike Road,
at the dividing line between Woolery's District
(number four), and Westminster (number seven),
as now located, and running northwest with the
centre of said turnpike road through Westminster
District (number seven), to a point in the city of
Westminster, at the juncture of the Littlestown
Turnpike Roads with the Uniontown Turnpike
Road, thence with the centre of the said Union-

to Taneytown, thence with the centre of the said
Taneytown Road to the division line between said
District (number seven), and Uniontown District
