the Peace and Constables, be and the same is hereby
repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :

Repealed and
re-enacted.

187. There shall be the following number of jus-
tices of the peace and constables in Frederick
County, to wit: For election district number one,
three justices of the peace and three constables;

for election district number two. seven justices of
of the peace and six constables; for election district
number three, three justices of the peace and three
constables; for election district number four, three
justices of the peace and three constables; for elec-
tion district number five, three justices of the peace
and three constables; for election district number
six, three justices of the peace and three constables;

for election district number seven, four justices of
the peace and three constables; for election district
number eight, four justices of the peace and three
constables; for election district number nine, three
justices of the peace and three constables; for elec-
tion district number ten, three justices of the peace
and three constables; for election district number
eleven, four justices of the peace and three consta-
bles; for election distrist number twelve, three
justices of the peace and two constables; for elec-
tion district number thirteen, two justices of the
peace and two constables; for election district num-
ber fourteen, two justices of the peace and two con-
stables; for election district number fifteen, two
justices of the peace and two constables; for elec-
tion district number sixteen, two justices of the
peace and two constables; for election district num-
ber seventeen, two justices of the peace and two
constables.

Sec. 2. And be, it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage,
