CHAPTER 271.
|
|
AN ACT for the protection of rabbits in Prince
George's County.
|
Time when
prohibited.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That no person shall trap, shoot or
in any manner catch or kill any rabbits in Prince
George's County, except between the fifteenth day
of October and the first day of February in each
year.
|
Penalty.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That any person or
persons so violating this law, upon, proof and con-
viction before a justice of the peace of said county,
shall pay a fine of five dollars, to bo collected by
the usual process known to the Justices of the
Peace of the State, which fine, when collected,

shall be paid by the said justices to the County
Commissioners for Prince George's County.
