Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That so much of the
eighth section of the Act passed at January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, chapter fifty-
two, incorporating the Dorchester and Delaware
Railroad Company, as may be inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act be and the same are hereby
repealed.

AN ACT to create an additional Justice of the
Peace for the Eleventh Election District of Bal-
timore County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Governor be and he is
hereby requested to appoint an additional Justice
of the Peace for the Eleventh Election District of
Baltimore County.
