JOINT RESOLUTIONS.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
six per cent, dividend upon the $3,000,000, of stock in the
Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, subscribed by the
State of Maryland, in pursuance of the provisions of the Act
of Assembly, 1835, chapter 395, the payment of which was
guaranteed by resolution of the Baltimore and Ohio Rail-
road Company in general stockholders' meeting, held on the
