CHAPTER 218.
AN ACT to authorize Joshua Motter and Samuel
Motter, or either of them, to convey all the
right, title, interest and claim of the German
Reformed Congregation at Emmitsburg, in
Frederick County, in and to the Elias Church
Property, to the Evangelical Lutheran Congre-
gation or their legal Representatives.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Joshua Hotter and Samuel
Hotter, or either of them, be and they are hereby

convey.

authorized and empowered to convey all the right,
title, interest and claim of the German Reformed
Congregation at Emmitsburg, in Frederick County,
in and to the Elias Church property to the Evan-
gelical Lutheran Congregation, or their legal rep-
resentatives at said Eminitsburg agreeably to the
contract entered into between the said Congrega-
tions.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

AN ACT- to incorporate the Peninsula Railroad
Company of the [the] Eastern Shore of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Thomas B. Taylor, E. Jack-
son, Henry Mowbray, William C. Satterfield,
William G. Horsey, John B. Taylor, William S.
Sherman, William S. Walker, George Vickers,
Doctor Washington Finley, William HcKenny,

Incorporation

Thomas V. Ward and Clinton McCullough, be
and they are hereby appointed Commissioners,
under the direction of whom subscriptions may be
received to the capital stock of the Peninsula Rail-
road Company of the Eastern Shore of Maryland,
