terested persons to view and ascertain the damages
by him sustained, and they or a majority of them
shall certify the same under their hands and seals
to the County Commissioners of the county wherein
the said injury or killing took place, and the said
County Commissioners shall provide for the pay-
ment of the same, together with the costs attend-

ing the said appraisement out of the fund afore-
said, if there be so much, or as soon as there shall
be sufficient in their hands to enable them to do so.
Sec. 7. And be it enacted, That any money in the
hands of the County Commissioners of either of
said counties, at the end of any year from the levy
thereof, over and above the amount required for
the carrying out the provisions of this Act, shall

Sec. 8. And be it enacted, That any dog kept

Sec. 9. And be it enacted, That if any dog shall
be seen running sheep, any person may kill him,

Sec. 10. And be it enacted, That the bonds now
