Adjutant Gen-
eral to furnish
arms.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Adjutant General be and
he is hereby authorized to furnish for the use of
the Maryland Agricultural College one hundred
Austrian muskets, in the Armory at Annapolis,
or such other suitable arms as may now be in the
Armory, with accoutrements complete, and the
necessary number of officers' swords and belts.

Trustees to
execute bond.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Trustees of
the Maryland Agricultural College shall upon the
receipt of said arms and accoutrements, execute
to the State of Maryland a good and sufficient
bond for the amount of the value of said arms
and accoutrements, for their safe keeping and re-
turn to the Adjutant General whenever required
by the Legislature so to do.
