CHAPTER 157.
AN ACT to add a section to the Act passed at December Session, eighteen hundred and twenty- eight, Chapter one hundred and nineteen, en- titled "A supplement to the Act entitled an Act to provide for the making the several turn- pike roads, and for the extension of the charter of the several Banks therein mentioned," passed at December Session, eighteen hundred and twenty-seven, Chapter forty-two.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the following section be added to the Act passed by the General Assembly of Maryland at December Session, eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, Chapter one hundred and nine- teen, entitled "A supplement to the Act entitled an Act to provide for the making the several Turn-		Make turn- pike roads.

8. And be it enacted, That the said President and Managers be and they are hereby authorized to change the location of the toll-gate and toll- house on said road to such place on said road as they may deem more convenient for the collection of the tolls, which they are authorized to charge for the use of said road. Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 31, 1870.		In force.
