CHAPTER 156.

 

AN ACT, to amend the Act passed at the Janu-
ary session of the General Assembly of eighteen
hundred and sixty-seven, chapter three hundred
and twenty, entitled an Act, to incorporate the
Trustees of the Parsonage, belonging to the Me-
chanicstown charge of the German Reformed
church.

Repealed and
re-enacted.

Section. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section three of the Act of
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, chapter three
hundred and twenty, be, and is hereby, repealed
and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Annually
elect Trustees.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That the congrega-
tion belonging to the Church above named, shall,
annually, on the first Saturday in April, or as
soon thereafter as may he convenient, elect from
