Trustees.

Sec. 1. The County Commissioners of Worcester
County, at their first meeting in the month of
April in each year, shall appoint "three discreet
persons, inhabitants of said county, to be Trustees
of the Poor of said county.

CHAPTER 124.
|
|
AN ACT to direct the Comptroller to issue his
warrant to the Treasurer to pay to George Col-
tou & Son the sum of twenty-four hundred
ninety-five dollars and forty-seven cents.
|

SECTION 1. He it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury
be and he is hereby directed to issue his warrant
to the Treasurer to pay to George Colton & Son
the sum of twenty-four hundred ninety-five dollars
and forty-seven cents, which said sum is in full for
furnishing papers, printing and binding three
thousand copies of the School Report in January,
eighteen hundred and sixty-nine, by order of
Governor Bowie, in accordance with the Act of
Assembly of eighteen hundred and sixty-eight,
Chapter four hundred and seven.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from and after the day of its passage.

CHAPTER 125.
AN ACT to amend the Act of January Session,
eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, Chapter two
hundred and sixty-eight, entitled "An Act to in-
corporate the Baltimore Warehouse Company."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the third Section of the Act
