CHAPTER 35.
AN ACT to declare the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland to the bequest or devise
of Henry A. Stinnecke, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, to the " Bishop of the Protestant
Episcopal Church in Maryland."

WHEREAS, Henry A. Stinnecke, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, by his last will and testa-
ment, duly admitted to probate and recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of said City,
devised and bequeathed one-third of the rest and
residue of his estate absolutely to the Bishop of
the Protestant Episcopal Church in Maryland, to
be by him given to such charitable objects as he
may see fit.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the sanction of the General
Assembly of Maryland be and the same is hereby
given and declared to the above mentioned devise
and bequest of the said Henry A. Stinnecke, de-
ceased.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 36.

AN ACT to authorize the Governor to appoint an
additional Justice of the Peace for Election Dis-
trict number eleven, Frederick County ;
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Governor be and he is
hereby authorized to appoint one additionalJustice
of the Peace for Election District number eleven,
in Frederick County.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
