CHAPTER 32.
|

AN ACT to repeal one hundred and seventy-
fourth Section of Article four, of the Public
Local Laws, relating to the city of Baltimore,
and re-enact the same with amendments.
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Section one hundred and sev-
enty-four of Article four, of the Public Local Laws,
be repealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows:

Repealed.
|
Sec. 174. The regular terms for the sitting of the
Circuit Court of Baltimore City, shall be on the
second Monday of May, the second Monday of
September, the second Monday of November, the
second Monday of January, and the second Mon-
day of March, in each year, and the second Mon-
day of July in each year shall be a return day.

Life and Fire Insurance Company, by changing
the corporate name thereof: "

the said corporation be and the same is hereby
