Annapolis, January 13,1870.
Gentlemen of the Senate of Maryland:

I herewith transmit to you the Executive appointments
made by me during the recess of the Senate, for Prince
George's county:

Feb'y 2. 1869.—Richard A. Harwood, Justice of the Peace
for 7th district, vice W. A. Coad, re-
signed.

Feb'y 19, 1869.—William W. Lester, Justice of the Peace
for 1st district, vice John M. Minnix, who
failed to qualify.

Feb'y 19, 1869.—Abner. T. Hood, Justice of the Peace for
6th district, vice W. W. Maddox, who
failed to qualify.

April 12, 1869.—Pierre M. Moriarty, Justice of the Peace
for 10th district.

April 12, 1869.—James A. Crandall, Justice of the Peace
for 10th district.

April 12, 1869.—Jonathan J. Walker, County Commis-
sioner, vice B. H. Beckett, resigned.

May 27, 1869.—Andrew Keldingback, Justice of the Peace
for 7th district, vice John E. Roby, re-
moved from district.

June 2, 1869.—George L. Herbert, Justice of the Peace
for 3d district, vice Thomas T. Cator,
resigned.

Sept. 9, 1869.—Robert W. Hunter, Justice of the Peace for
9th district, vice A. P. Kalenback, re-
signed.

Oct. 1, 1869.—John A. Coe, Justice of the Peace for the
5th district, vice John J. Lambert, de-
ceased.

Oct. 6, 1869.—Robert Bowie, of Walter, Justice of the
Peace, 1st district, vice Geo. F. Byrne,
assigned to district No. 10, by division
of districts.

Nov. 17, 1869.—Richard L. Ogle, Judge of Orphans' Court,

vice George W. Wilson, resigned.

Dec. 8, 1869.— George W. Page, Justice of the Peace for
7th district, vice Joshua T. Clark, re-
signed.
