reported favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Real Estate and
Savings Bank of Baltimore,

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Blake, Chairman of the Committee on Public Build-
ings, reported favorably,

The Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to furnish the Governor's Mansion, and appoint a
Committee to superintend and control the disbursements of
the same, and the purchase of the furniture,

Said bill being upon a second reading,

Mr. Biddle, submitted the following amendment:

Section 1, line 2, before the word "thousand," strike out
the word "twenty," and insert the word fifteen.

Mr. Gorman moved that the further consideration of the
bill be postponed until the report of the Building Committee
appointed by the General Assembly, January session 1868,
and that the bill be printed,

The question being upon concurring in the motion,
