The Senate proceeded to the consideration of Executive
business, and after a time resumed the consideration of Legis-
ilative business.

Mr. Miller, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to whom was referred House bill entitled an Act to amend
Article 36, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Estray," by adding additional sections thereto, reported it
without amendments.

Said bill was then read the second time.

The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county, to correct the as-
sessment of certain real estate in said county, and to refund
taxes paid in error,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Biggs, Miller,
Browne, Parker,
Carroll, Sellman,
Clarke, Snyder,
Earle, Spates,
Fields, Stephenson,
Henkle, Timmons,
Henry, Welch,

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Browne moved that House bill entitled an Act to
regulated fences in Carroll county, be read the second time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows:
