A bill entitled an Act to regulate the sale bycommon car-
riers of unclaimed freight to pay the charges due thereon,

Endorsed, " Considered and enacting clause stricken out."

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Ar-
ticle 30, of the Code of Public General Laws, title, " Crimes
and Punishments," said section to be entitled " Defaulter,"

Endorsed, " Passed by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Ar-
ticle 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled " Rail-
roads,"

Endorsed, "Considered and rejected by yeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to make valid a deed from the Coun-
ty Commissioners of Prince George's county to Charles Bar-
ker,

Endorsed, " Reported unfavorably from a Select Commit-
tee, and report adopted.

A bill entitled an Act to refund and pay to Francis P.
Eager of the City of Baltimore, a sum of money erroneously
paid into the Treasury,

Endorsed, " Considered, read a third time and rejected for
want of a constitutional majority, re-considered and passed
by yeas and nays."

Abill entitled an Act to amead Article 28, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title, "County Commissioners," by
adding the following sections,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed amend-
ments'."

Strike out all after the word " be," in the 6th line of sec-
tion 105.

Which was concurred in and the bill passed by yeas and
