Mr. Hyland submitted the following amendment:

Under the head of " Baltimore City," in line 29, after the
word "dollars,", strike out the words to the State Agricul-
tural and Mechanical Association, ten thousand dollars.

Mr. Hyland called for the yeas and nays.
