Maryland Metallic and Chemical Company of Baltimore city
and re-enact the same as amended.

tee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act directing the Comptroller of the
Treasury to cause to be paid to Wm. Frizzle, a sum of money
erroneously paid into the Treasury by the said Wm. Frizzle.

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Browne, Denson and Miller.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Baltimore county to sell stock of
turnpike roads owned and held by Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Clarke, Henkle and Biggs.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to appoint
Commissioners to examine the fisheries of the State with a
view to their improvement and protection, and to report
thereon to the next General Assembly, and to appropriate a
sum of money to defray the expenses thereof.

Which was read the first time and referred "to the Commit-
tee on the Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.

A bill entitled an Act for the protection of fish in the
waters of the Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries, lying in
Anne Arundel county.

ter 4, entitled an Act supplementary to the Act of 1864,
chapter 353, entitled an Act to incorporate the President and

A bill entitled an Act to prohibit the issuing of any license
for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors, at or within
one mile of Holly Grove, in Baltimore county, and to pre-
vent the sale of all kinds of intoxicating drinks within the
above described limits.

Henkle, Biggs and Welch.

A bill entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article
