Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to amend the charter
of the town of Westernport, Allegany county, passed at Jan-
uary session, 1868, chapter 40, reported it without amend-
ment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Sellman, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Rockville, Montgomery county, reported it without amend-
ment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Biggs, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Art. 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Middle-
town," to follow section 233, reported it without amend-
ment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Earle, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Kent
Island Narrows Bridge and Navigation Company, passed
January 21, 1820, entitled an Act to erect a bridge over the
Narrows of Kent Island in Queen Anne's county, and the
supplements thereto so far as the same may be necessary to
carry into effect the provisions of this law, reported it with-
out amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

I Mr. Henkle, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to correct the aseess-
ments of certain real estate in said county, and to refund
taxes paid in error, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Clarke, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Baltimore and Caroline counties to provide
for the renewal and restoration of the registration books of
said counties, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
was referred House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the
American White Lead Company, reported it without amend-
