Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal the 3d section of an Act
to incorporate the City Park Railway Company, passed at
the January session, 1862, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Washington,
Colesville and Ashton Turnpike Company.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to ratify the action of the Mayor
and City Council of the City of Cumberland, authorizing
Jones' alley to be closed.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senator
from Allegany, Howard and Worcester counties.

And returned the following Senate bills :

A bill entitled an Act to provide for the inspection of all
artificially manufactured or manipulated fertilizers imported
or brought into or manufactured for sale in the State of Mary-
land,

Endorsed, "Reported unfavorably from the Select Com-
mittee on Fertilizers, and report adopted.
By order,
M. Y. KIDD,
Chief Clerk."

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National Co-ope-
rative Business Agency Company,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with the following
amendment:"

Add to section 6, and the stockholders of the said National
Co-operative Business Agency Company shall be liable for the
full amount of the stock held by them.

Said bill, as amended by the House, was then passed by
yeas and nays, as follows :
