NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled, an Act to repeal section 26, of
Article 38, of the Code of .public General Laws, and to enact
the following in lieu thereof, relating to fees of officers,

Was considered and postponed until March 29th, instant.

The House bill entitled an Act to amend and alter the
charter of the City of Annapolis,

Being upon the third reading,
Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment :

Amend by striking out in section 30, line 20, the word
"two," and invert in lieu thereof the word one.

Mr. Malone called for the yeas and nays,
On the question being put,
It was determined in the affirmative.
