Mr. Wilson, from the Select Committee, to whom the
leave was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to change
the dividing line between the 3rd and 6th election districts
of Prince George's county.

Which was read ,the first time.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed
March 7, 1868, entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money
to be expended in removing the remains of the Confederate
dead who fell in the battles of South Mountain, Crampton's
Gap, Antietam and Monocacy,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. Browne, Malone,
Clarke, Sellman,
Fields, Snyder,
Grove, Spates,
Henkle, Stephenson,
Henry, Timmons,
Hyland. Wilson—15.
Kimmel,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 194, 196,
197, chapter 35, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to "Docks," and re-enact the same with amend-
ments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Henkle, Stephenson,

Mr. Henkle, from the Select Committee, to whom the leave
was granted, reported a, bill entitled an Act for the relief
of J. B. Magruder, late Inspector of Tobacco Warehouse
No. 1, and of persons employed under him in said warehouse.
Which was read the first time.
