Was postponed until the 28th of March. The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 922, 924,
926 and 927, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to the City of Baltimore, and to re-enact the same
with amendments, subject, "Home of the Friendless," Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

year 1866, Was read the third time, and lost for want of a constitu-
