NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional seel ion
to Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to Chancery,

Was 'read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

Mr. Grove, from the Select Committee, to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Mayor
and Council of Hagerstown, authorizing the raising by tax-
ation of the sum of ten thousand dollars for the purposes and
in the manner hereinafter mentioned, reported it without
amendment.

Mr. Grove moved that said bill be read the second time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required, by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution, and appeared, as follows :

So two-thirds of all the Senators elected having voted in
the affirmative, said bill was read the second time.

Mr. Grove moved that said bill read the third time this
day.
