The bill entitled an Act to provide for the continuation of
the general index of Judgments in Queen Anne's county.

The bill entitled,a supplement to an Act entitled an Act to
incorporate the Library Company of the Baltimore Bar.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 25, Article 13, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title, " Howard county,"
sub-title, "Justices of the Peace and Constables," and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act to
authorize the persons therein named to build a Methodist
meeting-house on the public grounds in Chestertown, in
Kent county, passed at November session, 1801, chapter 37.

The bill entitled an Act to declare the sanction of the Gene-
ral Assembly of Maryland to the gift and bequest of An-
drew Small, late of Washington city, deceased, to the Board
of Trustees of the Neelsville and Darnestown Presbyterian
Church, of Montgomery county, Maryland, and to a grant
of land made by Richard M. Williams, Trustee to said
Board of Trustees.

The bill eutitled an Act for the better protection of Game in
Montgomery county.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 204, of Article 21,
of Public Local Laws, for Washington county, relating to
Justices of the Peace and Constables in said county, and re-
enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Gorman,

The vote by which the bill, entitled an Act to repeal chap-
ter 295, Act of Assembly, 1868, entitled an Act to amend
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Guano,"
by adding thereto the following sections, relating to the in-
spection of all fertilizers other than Guano, and to substi-
tute the following in lieu thereof, was made the order of
the day for the first of February,

Was reconsidered.

The bill being then upon a second reading,

On motion of Mr. Gorman,

The bill was recommitted to the Select Committee report-
ing the same.

On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,

At 2 1/2 o'clock, P. M., the House adjourned until to-morrow
morning, at eleven o'clock.
