The first business in order was the unfinished business of
the morning session.

The question recurring upon the motion of Mr. Miller to
recommit to the Committee on Agriculture the Senate bill
in relation to the inspection of all artificially manufactured
manures, &c.

Mr. Stephenson called for the yeas and nays.
