Was reconsidered.

The question then recurring upon the adoption of the
order,

It was determined in the affirmative.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing bills:

A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 57, Article 1, of
Public Local Laws of Allegany county, in relation to deer,
and to re-enact the same as follows.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Allegany, Howard and Worcester counties.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 102, 103, 104, 107
and 108, of Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, re-
lating to fences.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Frederick counties.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of
Baltimore county to levy for money to reimburse certain par-
ties for building and repairing bridges.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Frederick counties.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Trustees of Lower
West Nottingham Presbyterian Church, Cecil county, to sell
twenty-eight acres ground, part of the bequest to Elizabeth
A. McMains, deceased.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor to appoint
an additional Justice of the Peace for Cecil county.

Which was read the first time and. referred, to the Senators
from Cecil, Worcester and Carroll counties.

A bill entitled an Act to amend Act of 1866, chapter 156,
entitled an Act to establish the Maryland Industrial School,
by appointing State Directors therein.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Laurel,
Prince George's county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
