The House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 345 and
346, of chapter 11, of the Public Local Laws of Frederick
county, sub-title "Woodsboro," and re-enact the same with
amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing bills:

A bill entitled an Act to repeal so much of section 12, of
chapter 267, of the Act passed March, 1860, entitled, an Act
to incorporate a Company to open in part, and improve the
road from Frederick county to the Spout Spring, &c., as re-
lates to the rates of toll, and enact the following.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Sena-
ators from Frederick, Baltimore and Talbot counties.

A bill entitled an Act to prevent injury or destruction to
baggage.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act to confirm and approve an Act
passed at January session, 1868, chapter 353, entitled an Act
to authorize the Commissioners of Howard county to sub-
scribe to the capital stock of Turnpike Roads in said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Sena-
tors from Howard, Worcester and Carroll counties.

A bill entitled an Act to extend the jurisdiction of Justices
of the Peace in and for Dorchester, Kent, Caroline, Calvert,
