On motion of Mr. Collins,
The Sergeant-at-arms was instructed to notify all the ab-
sent members to give their attendance, and to bring, them
before the bar of the House.
After an absence of twenty minutes, the Sergeant-at-Arms
returned, and reported that he had brought before the bar of
the House, all the absent members now in the city.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 939, Article 4, of
the Public Local Laws, relating to Baltimore city, sub-title-
"Water," as entitled by chapter 467 of the Acts of Assem-
bly passed at the January session, 1868, and to re-enact the
eaid section, so as to read as follows.
