lowing additional sections in relation to swine running at
large.

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act, entitled an Act to
incorporate the Maryland Floating Dock and Marine Bail-
road Company, passed March 21, 1865.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to relieve the sureties on the official
bond of J. B. Price, Sheriff of Cecil county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections one and two, of an
Act passed at January session, 1868, chapter 566, entitled
a supplement to the Act passed at the January session, 1864,
chapter 16, entitled an Act to revive and extend the Act in-
corporating the Wicomico and Pocomoke Railroad Company.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

A bill entitled an Act to remove the disabilities of all per-
sons which have been incurred under the 41st section of Ar-
ticle three, of the Constitution, and restore them to full privi-
leges of citizens.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled an Act for the better protection of the bridge
over Sassafras river, from Fredericktown, in Cecil county, to
Georgetown, in Kent county,

Which was read the first time, and referred to the Sena-
tors from Cecil, Howard, and Kent counties.

A bill entitled an Act to legalize the bequest made by
John Whitmore to certain churches in Frederick county.

Which was road the first time and referred to the Senators
from Frederick, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties.

A bill entitled, an Act to incorporate the town of Sudlers-
ville, in Queen Anne's county.

Which was read the first time' and referred to the Senators
from Queen Anne's, Calvert and Somerset counties.
