Amend title by striking out the word "and" between the
words "five" and "six," and insert after the word "six," the
words seven and eight.

Which were severally read and adopted.
The sections, as amended, were then read and adopted.

Said bill was then ordered to be engrossed for the third
reading.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 149 to
157, both inclusive, of the 3rd Article of the Public Local
Laws, relating to roads in-Baltimore county, and sub-sections
2 to 7, and section 3, of chapter 411, of 1868, and re-enact the
same with amendments,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :
AFFIRMATIVE.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates delivered the follow-
ing bills:

A bill entitled an Act for the relief of Miss Margaret H.
Armstrong, of Baltimore county.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Commit-
tee on Finance.

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to Ar-
ticle 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county,
relating to the fees of the County Surveyor.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Allegany, Howard and Worcester counties.

A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2, 3 and 7, of
chapter 33, of the. Acts of 1868, relating to voting precincts
in Baltimore county, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

Which was read the first time and referred to the Senators
from Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Frederick counties.

A bill entitled an Act to amend the Code of Public Local
