The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Roman
Catholic Archbishop of Baltimore to sell a certain parcel of
land,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The House bill entitled an Act to make valid the acts and
deeds of the Road Supervisors in Baltimore county, acting
under the law passed at the January session, 1868, chapter
411,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Stephenson presented the memorial of 35 citizens of
Harford county, praying the passage of a law to protect the
owners of land bounding on the Chesapeake Bay and its
tributaries, from injury done by claimants of drift logs tres-
passing on said lands.

Which was read and referred to the Senators from Harford
and Dorchester counties, and the first legislative district of
Baltimore city.
