ruary 13th, 1832, chapter 111, and the supplement thereto,
and sections 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201,
202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211 and 212, of
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, and to substi-
tute in lieu of said Act and sections, the following sections,
incorporating the Village of Mechanicstown, in said county.

delegation.

A bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed at the Gene-
ral Assembly of Maryland, in the year 1858, chapter 276,
entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland Mutual Life and
Fire Insurance Company, by changing the corporate name
thereof.

Also,
A bill entitled an Act to enlarge the corporate power of
the Maryland Baptist Union Association, in relation to the
holding of property.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Crawford, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably a bill entitled an Act to empower the Commission-
ers of Wicomico county, to appoint an additional Constable
in Sharptown district, No, 10, of Said county.
Which was read a first time.
Mr. Owens, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably a bill entitled an Act granting the assent of the Gene-
ral Assembly of Maryland to a bequest of a legacy made in
the last will and testament of Elizabeth A. McMains, late of
Cecil county, deceased, to the Trustees of the Lower West ,
Nottingham Presbyterian church, in said county.

Mr, Cooper, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported fa-
vorably a bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 958 and 959
of an Act entitled an Act to ratify the purchase and to pro-
vide for the organization and government of Druid Hill and
Patterson Parks belonging to the city of Baltimore, by incor-
porating certain additional sections in Article 4 of the Code
of Public Local Laws, passed January, 1862, and to re-enact
the same with amendments.
