The House bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to issue the bonds of the City of
Baltimore to an amount not exceeding two millions, five
hundred thousand dollars, for the purpose of providing means
for the improvement of Jones' Falls, within the limits of the
City of Baltimore.

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as
