"Baltimore City," relating to the Mayor of said city, as pro-

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates: We propose to your Honorable Body, the appointment of
a Committee of Conference to consist of one on the part of the
Senate, and one on the part of the House, to take into con-
sideration the bill entitled an Act relating to the division
lines of the 5th election district, of Baltimore county.
We have appointed, on the part of the Senate, Mr. Clarke. By order,
AUGUSTUS GASSAWAY, Secretary. Which was read, assented to and sent to the House of Dele-
gates.
On motion by Mr. Henkle,
The regular order of business was suspended.
The Senate ;bill entitled an Act to repeal section 7, of an
Act entitled an Act to amend Article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "Guano," and re-enact the same in the
following amended form, Was placed upon the second, reading.
Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment :
Amend section 3.; line 5, by striking out "April," and in-
sert May.
Which was read and adopted.
The section, as amended, was then read and adopted.
