plement to an Act to incorporate the Weverton Manufactu-
ring Company, passed at the December session, 1834, chap-
ter 144, appointing certain persons Directors, &c., reported
it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.

Also, from the same Committee, to whom was referred
House bill entitled an Act incorporating the Baltimore Col-
lege of Dental Surgery, reported it without amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.
Also,

From the same Committee, to whom was referred House bill
entitled an Act to amend an Act to incorporate the Mercan-
tile Library Association of the City of Baltimore, passed
January 17, 1842, being chapter 15, of 1841, reported it with-
out amendment.

Said bill was then read the second time.
On motion by Mr. Stephenson,

The regular order of business was postponed in order to give
the Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the appointment
of an additional Justice of the Peace in district No. 2, in Har-
ford. county, its third reading.

Said bill was then read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows:

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed by
the General Assembly of Maryland 1868, chapter 238, entitled
"Licenses," so as to empower traders to sell the license with the
stock of goods.

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
for the establishment of an Academy at Elkton, in Cecil
county, passed at the December session, 1817,
