the President and Directors of the Baltimore and Pikesville
Railroad Company of Baltimore, and re-enact a substitute
therefore, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as

The Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
to make certain improvements in the vicinity of the State
Live Stock Scales, passed at the January session, 1864, chap-
ter 23, and to an Act amendatory thereof, passed 18 '6, chap-
ter 120, by appropriating a sum of money to. enable the Com-
missioner therein named to discharge the liabilities incurred
thereunder, Was considered and postponed, and ordered to be printed.

The rules being suspended, the Joint Resolution, author-
izing the Comptroller to audit and adjust the claim of the
State against Wm. G. Burke, late Sheriff of Harford county, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
