Mr. Henkle moved a reconsideration of the vote by which
said bill was lost.

On the question being put

It was determined in the affirmative by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Carroll, Maddox,
Clarke, Parker,
Fields, Sellman,
Grove, Stephenson,
Henkle, Timmons,

NEGATIVE—None.

On motion by Mr. Carroll,

The vote by which the amendment submitted by Mr.
Fields was adopted,

Was reconsidered.

The question then recurred upon the adoption of the
amendment, and it was

Determined in the negative.
On motion by Mr. Stephenson,

Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Judicial
Proceedings, and ordered to be printed.

The hour having arrived for taking up the orders of the
day,

The consideration of the unfinished business of yesterday
was resumed.

The question being upon the adoption of the report of the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings, on the House bill enti-
tled an Act to extend the jurisdiction of Justices of the Peace
in Wicomico county.

On the question being put,

It was determined, in the negative by yeas and nays, as
follows:
