purchase of a lot of ground in which to inter the remains of
the Confederate dead, who died at Point Lookout whilst
prisoners of war, &c. Reported it without amendment.
Said bill was then read the second time. Mr. Spates, from the Committee on Corporations, to whom
the leave was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act incor-
porating the Columbia and Pert Deposit Railroad Company,
passed at the January session, 1858, chapter 103, giving
authority to extend their road and connect the same with
other railroads. Which was read the first time.
Also, From the same Committee, to whom the leave was granted,
reported a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the "Spa" City
Hotel Company of Bladensburg, Prince George's county, Md. Which was read the first time.
Also; From the same Committee, to whom was referred. House
bill entitled an Act to repeal section 12, of chapter 267, of the
Act passed March 1860, entitled an Act to incorporate a
Company to open in part and improve the road from
Frederick city to the Spoilt Springs Road, &c. Reported it without amendment.

Also, From the Senate Committee to whom the leave was grant-
ed, reported a bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Bach-
man's Valley Railroad Company. Which was read the first time. Mr. Miller, from the Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
to whom was referred House bill entitled as Act to repeal
section 282, of Article 93, of the supplement to the Code of
Public General Laws, entitled "Testamentary Law," and re-
enact the same with amendments,
