Ohio Railroad Company, from the payment of one-fifth of
the gross receipts on the Washington Branch of the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad, upon the payment of all arrearages
due to the State by virtue of the Act of 1832, chapter 175.

On motion by Mr. Carroll,

Said Besolutions were ordered to be postponed until Thurs-
day next, March 3rd, 1870, at I o'clock, and made the order
of the day.

Mr. Clarke called up the Joint Besolutions submitted by
him in relation to the appointment of Commissioners on the
part of the State to audit, adjust and settle with the Balti-
more and Ohio Railroad Company, the mutual accounts be-
tween the State and said Company.

Mr. Carroll moved that said Resolutions be postponed un-
til Thursday next, the 3rd proximo, at 1 o'clock.

Mr. Clark demanded the yeas and nays.
On the question being put,
It was determined in the affirmative.

the Statute Laws of the State, and to appropriate a sum of
money for that purpose,

Being upon its third reading,
On motion by Mr. Kimmell,

The Senate was called, and the Sergeant-at-Arms directed
to inform absent Senators that their presence was required.
