The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend, an Act to incor-
porate the Towsontown Railroad Company, passed at the
January session, 1858,

Being on its third reading, was
On motion by Mr. Clarke,
Ordered to be postponed until to-morrow, the 25th inst.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add two additional sec-
tions to the 30th Article of the Code of Public General Laws,
entitled ''Crimes and Punishment," relating to killing
cattle,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.
