Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, to whom
was referred. House bill entitled an Act to appropriate
the sums of money therein mentioned, to pay the claims of
the State Reporter and J. Murphy & Co., reported it with-
out amendment.

Said bill was then read a second time.
On motion by Mr. Clarke,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to repeal the 20th section of the Act of 1866,
chapter 43, entitled "an Act to incorporate the Baltimore
and Pikesville Railroad Company of Baltimore," and re-
enact a substitute therefor.

Mr. Kimmel, from the Select Committee to whom had been
recommitted the bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 958
and 959, of an Act entitled an Act to ratify the purchase,
and to provide for the organization and government of Druid
Hill and Patterson Parks, belonging to the City of Baltimore,
by incorporating certain additional sections.

Reported, it with the following amendment:

Amend by inserting at the end of section 958, that any
additional lands required for Druid Hill Park under this Act
shall not be exempt from county taxes.

Which was adopted.
The section, as amended, was then adopted.

Mr. Kimmel moved that slid bill be read the third time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called, as required by section 27
of Article 3, of the Constitution, and appeared, as follows :
