The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund Abraham Gra-
bill, of Frederick county, certain State taxes erroneously paid
by him into the Treasury in the years 1866 and 1867,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend further the Act
entitled an Act to incorporate the Baltimore and Liberty
Turnpike Company, in Carroll county, passed at the January
session, 1866,

Was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act entitled
an Act to incorporate the Towsontown Railroad Company,
passed at the January session, 1858,

Being upon its second reading, was,
On motion by Mr. Clarke,
Ordered to be postponed until Tuesday next.
The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act of the
Code of Public Local Laws of 1868, chapter 358, entitled an
Act to provide fop the repairs of the public roads in Howard
county,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed
for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the National
County Operative Business Agency Company,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections I and 4»
of chapter 31, of the Code of Public General Laws, passed at
the January session, 1865, in relation to the publication of
Laws,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 16th Article,
of the Code of Public General Laws, by adding thereto the
following sections relating to Trustees, appointed by will or
by a decree of a Court of Equity, &c.,

Was read the second time, and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the Act incorpo-
rating the Dorchester and Delaware Railroad Company, pass-
ed at the January session, 1866, chapter 52.
